Volunteer with us

PILAglobal is looking for international volunteers to work at our Canyon Nest in Tijuana, Mexico alongside Nest teachers and local volunteers. 

 

As a “Nester,” you’ll work directly with children in a classroom serving migrant children and support classroom teachers in the daily operation of the program. 

 

Each volunteer receives training in trauma-informed practice before departure as well as ongoing mentorship during their time at the Nest, which typically ranges in length from one week to three months.
